The FC25 Youth Academy has once again proven its worth as a premier development facility, with three graduates making successful transitions to competitive tournament play this season.
Players Emma Rodriguez, James Park, and David Okocha have all impressed coaches and fans alike with their mature performances and tactical awareness beyond their years.
Development Philosophy
"We focus on technical skills and game intelligence from day one," explains Academy Director Michael Stevens. "These young players have shown they can compete at the highest level."
The academy has now produced over 40 tournament-level players since its inception three years ago, with a 78% success rate in competitive debuts.
